What can you deliver?

You name it! We can carry up to 80kg using our cargo bikes. If a job is bigger/bulkier we can always do multiple trips. The only things we can't transport are Dangerous Goods ie: Explosives, hazardous chemicles, bio waste, etc.

How much does it cost?

We offer competitive rates that reflect the level of service you will receive. Our base rate is $8 + GST and goes up from there. To get a quote please head here.

How do you accept payment?

We accept cash, credit card, and Paypal. Please note Paypal will incur a surcharge of 2%. For regular clients we offer bank transfer and fortnightly invoicing.

How far from the CBD do you go?

As we are on pushbikes we can only service a limited number of inner suburbs listed on our Delivery Range page1.

What if it rains?

We work rain, hail or shine. If it's heavy rain never fear, we take extra care to keep your parcels dry. Please allow a bit longer in bad weather as safety is important to us.

Do you need an account to use us?

Nope! If you have a one off booking please book a job here or give us a call on 1300 384 883. We can take payment over the phone or when we pickup/deliver.

How do we setup an account, and what are the benefits?

It's easy and doesn't cost a cent. To setup an account either give us a call or email us. We'll get a login to our online booking platform TwinJet which lets you create a booking immediately from a computer or smart phone. To sign up please fill out the form here

Can we change or cancel an order?

No problem! Best bet is to give us a call as soon as there is a change to a booking, as we might already be on the way to the pickup. If the cancellation or change comes too late there may be a cancellation fee.

Can I set up a regular daily or weekly delivery?

Absolutely. You will need to have an account with us to do so. Once set up we will be there just like clockwork. Regular deliveres may also be eligble for a discounted rate depending on regularity and volume.
